Children must be 4 years of age on or before the 30th April of the year in which they are eligible to attend.
Hobsons Bay City Council have a Central Enrolment system for their 4 year old programs. Parents/Guardians wishing to enrol their child in the 4 year old program should obtain an enrolment application form, complete it and submit it to the organising body identified on the form.

Hobsons Bay City Council shall advise parents/guardians by email, by writing or via the Parent Portal if their child has obtained a place in the 4 year old program. This will happen between July and November of the year prior to the child’s attendance in the program.

All places in the 4 year old program are subject to government funding.
It is essential for parents/guardians to attend the South Kingsville Pre School Annual General Meeting/Information Night held in November. At this meeting parents will receive the forms and information required for the child to commence the program in the following year.
